Caring Customer Service Josh greeted me personally and was there as I pulled into the place. I never had to question where I needed to go as he directed and guided my car in Josh greeted me personally and was there as I pulled into the place. Although I never met him, he knew who I was when I drove up as he mentioned that he had just spoken with me over the phone, so this made me feel very welcomed! Although I only needed a simple oil change, I must say it was rather quick and didn't leave me much time to chat with the other friendly customers in the waiting room. Quick and easy oil change First time here as I am from out of state. I was greeted right away with friendly conversation. I had a few questions which were all answered effectively and promptly. In the waiting area, I helped myself to some crackers and watched the news. My service was completed quickly and I was kept informed throughout that it would be done in about 5 more minutes. The only thing I was not a fan of was that it cost more then at home and they moved my seat. Otherwise, all was good. More

Service Representative Josh Stodel at Honda of Avenues is on “speed dial” due to his outstanding customer service. Service and reliability is the reason to buy a Honda. Mr. Stodel epitomizes service and reliability. If Honda of the Avenues encounters a problem or err, you can rely upon Mr. Stodel to be reliable AND HONEST in fixing the issue. Tim Peeler is the General Manager, who will work through sales persons (like Kent Alexander) to make a best offer. It is still a business and they need to make a profit, but are willing to negotiate for reasonable deal. More
