Finance department was less than helpful. I purchased a master tech warranty and gap coverage. I was told that if I traded my car or sold it I could get a refund easily. I have not been successful in getting information on how to request refund. I have left messages for finance department with no return calls. I called again today, left message this morning. No return call. I called this afternoon, explained to receptionist that I have made multiple attempts to get information and that nobody from finance was following up and that I wanted to speak with an actual person. She got someone from finance department on the phone, he already had an attitude before I even explained issue . I started venting my frustrations, he told me that I should be nicer to the person who was taking time out of his day to provide me with information that I requested. He told me that he did not know me, had never talked to me and did not even know who he was speaking with therefore I should not vent frustrations on him. I tried to explain that I had left messages for finance department previously with no return phone call and advised that I was surprised at how unpleasant he was because all of my encounters with this dealership had been pleasant in the past and that if I had ever talked to a customer the way he did with me, I would have been fired and he hung up on me. I called dealership back and left a message for General Manager. Spoke with Tim this evening. He advised that he would get the information for me to complete request for gap and warranty refund. I am changing my review from 1 to 5 after speaking with Tim Peeler and because of my previous positive experiences with this dealership. He was definitely not the person that I had spoken with that was rude. And he provided me with the information to correct my issue. More
A great experience I was traveling, and realized that I needed an oil change. I called, and was surprised that they offered walk-in service. They even gave my dog some water, and directed me to a grassy area on the premises where I could walk her. We sat in a pleasant, air conditioned lounge area while I waited less than an hour, and was on my way. They even washed and vacuumed out my car. I will definitely use this dealership again if I need anything done on my Honda, and am in the area. A definite 5 stars. More

I did and shall again!!! I do not need to know anyone else at HOA, as Josh is my voice to the entire dealership. More
