Was given one price over the phone and was given another price in person. Asked if extended warranty may apply and was told too late to try because it’s almost time for them to go home. Past experiences were positive, but felt totally taken advantage of this time. Brought car in for inspection, and was overwhelmed with the number of services they suggested. Also replaced my wiper blades when I did not authorize that to be done. Tried to convince me that it was needed to pass inspection. Really???????? More
