Clara fully explained the process of servicing our car. we needed additional work which was explained in an email and we authorized the work via email after she disclosed the additional cost. What we dislike about the dealership is that they now charge a credit card fee upon checkout which is in line with other dealerships. We will be looking for Honda dealerships that do not charge this fee in the future. More
