Was given one price over the phone and was given another price in person. Asked if extended warranty may apply and was told too late to try because it’s almost time for them to go home. Past experiences were positive, but felt totally taken advantage of this time. Brought car in for inspection, and was overwhelmed with the number of services they suggested. Never paid for inspection at Honda previously, and yet was charged this time. When I brought that up they deducted the charge, but I got some crazy explanation from my service rep. Also replaced my wiper blades when I did not authorize that to be done. Tried to convince me that it was needed to pass inspection. Really???????? More

I took my vehicle to this dealership and the service was horrible. They misdiagnosed the vehicle and charged me almost $500 to do nothing, while quoting me over $2000 to fix the wrong thing. I took it to a second dealership and the fix for the vehicle had nothing to do with the diagnosis given above, and the cost was substantially less $600 versus over $2000.
