Alex Marcel greeted me with a friendly attitude as a first timer. He created the work order thoroughly as requested and explained what the mechanic discovered during the service. Thereafter, he and mechanic were together to explain the mishap hopefully a lesson was learned from this incident. I had so much bad experience. They lost my car’s bottom engine plate and nobody notified me about it. Now they are blaming us that I lost it. Now they don’t wanna fix it at all.
