Brought my car in because the engine was intermittently starting and not. Also said I needed an inspection once problem was diagnosed. Was told I needed and new battery and in addition there was a bubble starting and not. Also said I needed an inspection once problem was diagnosed. Was told I needed and new battery and in addition there was a bubble in the tire. I told him to do the work. Brandon then called later and said work was done but car failed inspection which was done before the battery was repaired per Brandon. He said some of the monitors needed to be reset and I would have to drive the car for 50 miles in cruise control . Why was the inspection done before the car was repaired and I have never heard of a dealership returned a car that failed inspection and leaving the onus on the customer to fix. Isn't that why we use a qualified service station such as yourself. I am so disappointed in Honda. I am a long standing customer of your company and am really unhappy with this whole situation. And when I called to ask how much it would be I was give a less price than what it was when I got there which is unfair bc what if I didn’t have the money. Then you added services on top of that. I came for oil change and paid for two other services I wasn’t informed about and forced to pay for it bc it was already done . Had to keep asking when will I be done bc it takes entirely too long for something relatively basic . The person assisting me was great the overall atmosphere and environment was great will recommended however invest in a Keurig it’s $100 on Amazon I’m sure yall can afford it , thanks More

I’ve never EVER been quoted $738 for break change. That’s insanity. I go to pick up my car I ask about the open recall and I get a generic response about being on a list. That I’ll get a call come the fall. My car gets pulled up and it was not washed. This is my second time coming here to get an oil change and I don’t think I’ll be back. More
