The maintenance fees I feel pressured into buying are worthless because I don’t feel comfortable visiting the dealership, and when compared to friends who bought the same car, I feel ripped off even though I’d been assured I got the “best deal” due to my closeness with the salesperson. I recommend you give the other negative views a look. I definitely recommend the car and Honda as a whole, but I feel ripped off and treated poorly by certain individuals at this dealership. More
On June 06, my 2014 Honda Pilot would not start, therefore, was towed to Honda of Tomball for repairs. Service Advisor Brittany Sims contacted me and assured me that when the vehicle arrived, she w therefore, was towed to Honda of Tomball for repairs. Service Advisor Brittany Sims contacted me and assured me that when the vehicle arrived, she would have it diagnosed and would call me with the problem and solution. She immediately contacted me of the dead battery problem, and my vehicle was due an oil change, and brake fluid exchange service. I told Brittany that i had Honda of Tomball coupons and would i need to be present. She had me take pictures of the coupons and submitted them via social media. Brittany kept me informed on my status of repairs ad when my vehicle was ready for pickup. This is the reason i keep going back to Honda of Tomball because of employees like Brittany who make me feel like a valued customer. I have never had any problems at Honda of Tomball. Every employee at Honda of Tomball is very professional, courteous, and provide a two-way communication. More
Purchased used Kia Soul drove four time and oil light car on after driving back from. KIA Dealership from Minor recall.Took it back to Kia and they told me tengine needed to be replaced..The Kia warranty sti on after driving back from. KIA Dealership from Minor recall.Took it back to Kia and they told me tengine needed to be replaced..The Kia warranty still in place on a Friday but expired on a Sunday.Kia corporate decline honor it and after two weeks decides to do so. Engine has been ordered but is on Honda of Tomball during the visit to purchase the car only had us test drive in the parking lot. Also they said they had been through the car yet acessment from Kia was all liquids needed to be changed except the oil and the washer fluid and showed me a dirt air filter. So beware otherwise you might be in a mess like the one I am experiencing . More

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and helpful assistance. My sales representative, Nadia Franco, was simply fantastic. She took the time to understand my needs and wants, and she never once pressured me into anything. She patiently answered all of my questions, no matter how small, and she explained the entire car buying process clearly and concisely. Her honesty and transparency were refreshing, and I felt completely confident throughout the whole experience. After selecting my dream car, I was introduced to Mohamed (Mo), the finance specialist. Mo was just as professional and helpful as Nadia. He thoroughly explained all the financial options available to me, and he helped me choose the best plan for my budget. He made sure I understood every detail before I signed anything, and he answered all my questions with patience and clarity. The entire team at Honda of Tomball was amazing, from the friendly sales staff to the efficient finance department. I never felt like I was just another customer; they genuinely cared about my individual needs and satisfaction. **But the experience didn't stop there!** Oh, and their facility is BEAUTIFUL! Mark Trosclair did a great job helping me get the Accord for my son. Top notch salesperson! The finance person attempted to add 1% to the Honda advertised rates for November. I told him it should be 2.9% and after fumbling through some papers he admitted it was 2.9% and not 3.9%. Also, during the finance part, I declined all of the warranties (overpriced) and GAP insurance (I put down 5K). The finance person left and a manager, Manny, came into the finance office. I politely declined the managers pitch for the warranties a FEW times and that is when he became rude and aggressive. He also attempted to bully me saying "I owed him" to purchase the warranties since I received a great price on the car. I didn't purchase any of the "extras". Be prepared for extremely High-Pressure (low skill) sales tactics in the finance office. For this reason, I can only give a TWO-star review. Please note this has nothing to do with my salesperson, Mark Trosclair who did a great job. Honda of Tomball has this same exact review on Google with my name on it. More
Just one buyer's observations and experience with this dealership. For context, I initially made a deposit on a lower trim model for a car ~7 weeks out and then decided to go for a higher trim model, als dealership. Unlike other dealerships, deposit on a car (in transit) is non-refundable. 2. Markup (market adjustment) on the car was much higher than other dealerships. 3. Markup did not initially even include any dealer add ons. 4. Lied by telling me that the VIN on a car that I was also working at a competitor Honda dealership did not exist (even though it was delivered first and I purchased it). 5. The deal at the competing Honda was better, even considering the lost deposit at Honda of Tomball. 6. Drove in and tried to ask for refund on "deposit" and no sales manager would come out (was told the owner was not in). They did not refund the deposit or even suggest it was good for parts or service. This dealership claims they are losing sales by holding cars. Really, does anyone see large inventory on Honda lots? What is funny about this is that I am in the market for another car in the next 6 months but this dealership, through their shady practices and poor customer relations, not only lost this sale but have lost future sales. If you do still go with Tomball, you might at least want to avoid these guys: Bill Saeed and Manny Gil. More
