Antonio Scott was awesome! When I arrived, he was standing outside waiting for me to get out the car even though I never spoke with anyone about purchasing a car. I went into Honda of Tomball this morning with my 2021 Passport. I had the best experience with Matt in their Service Department. He reset my remotes and explained why they weren't working and took his Passport. I had the best experience with Matt in their Service Department. My sales person was Julianna. I live down south of Texas and was communicating with Julianna through text & call. I left a deposit with Julianna for the 2023 HRV! Come to find out she sold my car under me twice while I was waiting. Huge lack of communication. I was going to drive down to the dealership to pick up the vehicle with my trade in but made the dealership deliver the vehicle since my vehicle was taken away from me. I would highly recommend Honda of Tomball, just wouldn't recommend Julianna as a sales person. More
