COMPLETE RIP OFF! They say they are only charging a $1k market adjustment but its a $1k market adjustment plus $1600 over MSRP. NEVER AGAIN. Bought used car from them. Test drove it and salesperson gave me the list of the items they ckd and made sure everything was fixed. I bought car 2 .the ago. I put a review on here about my experience at the dealership and noticed they responded to a good reviews but not.mine. I am a walking advertisement and am on facebook , Instagram, neighborhood post and will warn everyone not to go there. More
I had a great experience with Tomball Honda and Zeke was my sales person. We purchased my granddaughters first car and shopped throughout all dealers in the Houston area before deciding on Tomball Honda. my sales person. I spoke with Zeke several times over the phone and negotiated the price for a new Honda Accord sport model that was on their lot. We agreed to the price and I asked him to have it out front when we arrived with my granddaughter. He had it washed with a sold sign hanging from the rear view mirror with her name, great memory. When we signed the paperwork the price was exactly what we discussed and agreed on. Before we left the dealership, Lenny the owner personally thanks us for our business. Overall the best experience I have had purchasing a new car. More
Both salesman and used car manager lied about the recalls. They said all had been completed, and Mercedes Benz verified that at least one had not been done. They said they would provide the 2nd key recalls. They said all had been completed, and Mercedes Benz verified that at least one had not been done. They said they would provide the 2nd key fob and if not would cost less than $100. The Mercedes dealership quoted $700 and Honda of Tomball refused to provide any of this cost. They also tried to increase the price which was agreed upon prior to my flight to to dealership. Be VERY CAREFULL doing business with this dealership! More
