Best buying experience I ever had !! It took only 6 emails between me and the sales rep Zeke A. to get all the details on the vehicle, confirm prices, financing, etc.. and then I just went to the dealership to close out the deal. Arrived at 4pm for a test drive as the car was just being prep after just coming off the truck and by 6:15pm I got my 2022 Civic car keys and drove off. Zeke was so professional, friendly, courteous, and work efficiently. No games, no haggling, no hassle, no switch and bait .. unlike several dealerships I dealt with before. I cannot say enough good things about this purchase and wish all dealerships were like this. So if you want the best customer experience, take a longer drive and go down to Honda Tomball. Mike N. The service department is very good. The sales rep was excellent. I did not care for the thumb drive that I received in lieu of paperwork. Long time Honda owners going back 30 years; recently traded a Pilot for an RDX. David Carraway and Peter Hoang from sales were very helpful and professional. Jerry Blake, in service, was very helpful and timely when providing the routine 30K mile service on the RDX.
