Worst dealer in south texas . I bought a brand new car still was treated like trash. My car didn’t come tinted from the factory i had too wait 2 weeks just to get tint. But it’s even funnier cause they let the same salesman named anthony the black guy with dreads and glasses who sell people cars with stolen identities at multiple dealers and was fired.. Some how this clown put a newly sold car in front of my car because he sold it the day before look here xxxxx i cane first it’s first come first serve so when i catch that salesman ima beat his skinny punk xxx.. want to till the tint guy i can’t after his car xxxxx i will beat you up in front your co worker and manager… One thing i learned in my life is never do business where they hire thieves like anthony who will move a customers car behind his to think he’s running something dude you was fired for selling cars to people with fake identification at multiple dealers why do you think he’s all the way in tomball…🤣🤣🤣 this dealer is full of broken promises and lies they said my car would be ready for 2 it was done at 3:30 because they let anthony with glasses and dreads skip people who was in front his dusty xxx. I hope they fire you here like they did at volkswagen…Also i was told i could get a loaner vehicle by the financial manager. Byrce the service advisor stated i can’t get one because i’m not paying for repairs on and loaners are reserved for paying customers with longer services. And I told him first off one of your service people lied and said that y’all can start tinting at 10:30 am i got there for 11 was the first person in line for tinting. 3 hours past and my car hasn’t even been tinted or moved… So i asked how much longer is it going to take and he said around 3 after the app message said 2 pm.. Soo i’m like ok another miscommunication he offered a shuttle home because i stay 10 mins away i said no thanks ill wait it shouldn’t take more then 2-3 hours. Boy it took 5 hours just to get some tint that’s not even tint! They finally decided to give me a loaner around 2:30 pm but the loaner was already dirty with animals hair on the seats. The contract i signed said I would be held liable for any animal hair in that vehicle. I seen hair took videos return the car with 30 minutes of having the loaner after discovering animal hair in the backseat and floor board of passenger seat. So i’m like yea nope i wont get got. Recorded it returnend the car asked for my car back. Bryce said it was not done I really didn’t care at that point because this dealer told me so many lies in one day i was fed up with them. Gave me a hard time just to get a loaner when they told me i could get a loaner got skipped by a salesman on a new car that got tinted before mines when i arrived first! So yea i will definitely not be returning to this dealer! There’s one person tinting over 100 cars here they do not tell you that until after you get the car.. Only three people who help me out that day was the ladies behind service counter and the lady working the main desk i give those ladies 5/5 stars but as for the experience for this dealer and getting a brand new car serviced i give solid 0/5 stars. I wouldn’t recommend nobody send anyone you love her to shop or have cars serviced. I will definitely take my car to another dealer to get it serviced under hondas warranty… Thanks for the stress More

Purchased used Kia Soul drove four time and oil light car on after driving back from. Engine has been ordered but is on Honda of Tomball during the visit to purchase the car only had us test drive in the parking lot. Also they said they had been through the car yet acessment from Kia was all liquids needed to be changed except the oil and the washer fluid and showed me a dirt air filter. So beware otherwise you might be in a mess like the one I am experiencing . More

Mark Trosclair did a great job helping me get the Accord for my son. Top notch salesperson! The finance person attempted to add 1% to the Honda advertised rates for November. I told him it should be 2.9% and after fumbling through some papers he admitted it was 2.9% and not 3.9%. Also, during the finance part, I declined all of the warranties (overpriced) and GAP insurance (I put down 5K). The finance person left and a manager, Manny, came into the finance office. I politely declined the managers pitch for the warranties a FEW times and that is when he became rude and aggressive. He also attempted to bully me saying "I owed him" to purchase the warranties since I received a great price on the car. I didn't purchase any of the "extras". Be prepared for extremely High-Pressure (low skill) sales tactics in the finance office. For this reason, I can only give a TWO-star review. Please note this has nothing to do with my salesperson, Mark Trosclair who did a great job. Honda of Tomball has this same exact review on Google with my name on it. More

Just one buyer's observations and experience with this dealership. For context, I initially made a deposit on a lower trim model for a car ~7 weeks out and then decided to go for a higher trim model, als dealership. Unlike other dealerships, deposit on a car (in transit) is non-refundable. 2. Markup (market adjustment) on the car was much higher than other dealerships. 3. Markup did not initially even include any dealer add ons. 4. Lied by telling me that the VIN on a car that I was also working at a competitor Honda dealership did not exist (even though it was delivered first and I purchased it). 5. The deal at the competing Honda was better, even considering the lost deposit at Honda of Tomball. 6. Drove in and tried to ask for refund on "deposit" and no sales manager would come out (was told the owner was not in). They did not refund the deposit or even suggest it was good for parts or service. This dealership claims they are losing sales by holding cars. Really, does anyone see large inventory on Honda lots? What is funny about this is that I am in the market for another car in the next 6 months but this dealership, through their shady practices and poor customer relations, not only lost this sale but have lost future sales. If you do still go with Tomball, you might at least want to avoid these guys: Bill Saeed and Manny Gil. More

Antonio Scott was awesome! When I arrived, he was standing outside waiting for me to get out the car even though I never spoke with anyone about purchasing a car.
