I applied the new car purchase request from Costco Auto Program and couple minutes later Phil Ha represented Honda of Stevens Creek to reply me and gave me a very attractive quote. He followed up with text messages timely for my all questions. He scheduled the appointment at my available time on next day. He was very respectful and efficient to finish my trade in process and new car purchase. He patiently explain all options and functions of the new car. The finance manager had professional knowledge to explain all terms. My old car was purchsed at Honda of Stevens Creek 9 years ago. This dealer provided me very good experience! High recommend!! More

I would have given 5 stars but the wait was just toooooooo looooong. The customer service was top notch, Daniel Lopretta deserves a raise and a promotion! He was amazing! But I had a appointment and it took an hour and a half to get an oil change! Thats crazy! Not the tech's fault, again he was amazing. Management needs to do a better job of scheduling work. Bought my new Honda Civic this week. This is my 2nd Honda and my first from Stevens Creek. The experience couldn't have been easier; I didn't feel any pressure, the sale process was quick and painless, COVID precautions were reasonable and car was in perfect condition when they handed me the keys. Phil Ha was fantastic, he walked me thru the models and options that I wanted and didn't push anything on me that I didn't, he was patient and answered all my questions with clarity and honesty; really made my decision easy. Price was great, absolutely no BS and nothing was hidden, just a straight fair price and clean deal. Seems that Stevens Creek is the only Honda dealership in S. Bay endorsed by Costco; the Costco membership discount is well worth it. Thanks, Phil. More

Steven was great, helpful, patient and thorough. I loved having text communication during the day and being able to pay online before pick up. Super smooth. My tie pressure light (minor issue) did pop back having text communication during the day and being able to pay online before pick up. Super smooth. My tie pressure light (minor issue) did pop back on again and I was able to clear it since Steven took the time to show me how. I did leave a voicemail though to see if that will be an ongoing occurrence or if there is a fix. More
