Tina and Jay were very supportive in my experience in buying a new car. Tina kept me up to date about when my new 2022 Civic Hatchback would arrive and really tried to accommodate for all my needs. She r buying a new car. Tina kept me up to date about when my new 2022 Civic Hatchback would arrive and really tried to accommodate for all my needs. She really made sure I was taken care of and tried to give me a really good package for my new car. Jay was also very helpful and pointed me towards the right direction, making sure all my questions were answered. He guided me in the right direction, was informative about the details in my financial contract, and advocated for my best interests. Both Tina and Jay were a pleasure to work with, were very friendly, and answered all my questions without making me feel intimidated. With the high demand and low supply of cars, I know I got the best deal and service at Stevens Creek Honda. I will definitely go there in the future for all my service needs and future car purchases. It was such a pleasure to deal with Naresh & Jay. They were very helpful & pleasant to deal with. Such a huge difference from the guys we dealt with at the Morgan Hill branch-that made us annoyed & frustr were very helpful & pleasant to deal with. They also tried to make the process as fast as possible bec my daughter was in a hurry to get her car & go to her bday dinner. She didn’t make it, but she was very happy with her car.
