Jeff Barats serviced my Honda Civic. I had booked the appointment in advance and went there on a Saturday. This was my first car service ever. Jeff was super nice to me and was very I had booked the appointment in advance and went there on a Saturday. This was my first car service ever. Jeff was super nice to me and was very straight forward about the services that he will perform (oil change and tire rotation) and how much it is going to cost me. Also, Jeff told me that it's going to take around 1.5 hours and that I can wait in the customer waiting area. Customer waiting area had decent facilities (TV, WiFi, water, coffee, snacks vending machine, and a reasonably clean restroom). My car was serviced in time and it has been driving great since then. Jeff also patiently answered all my questions about how to take care of my car. More
