I had a great experience with Andre. He was very attentive and extremely helpful. However, my original salesman was Luis and he acted as though he was so nice and friendly and the mome He was very attentive and extremely helpful. However, my original salesman was Luis and he acted as though he was so nice and friendly and the moment he thought I wasn’t going to buy the car he got up and left the office for 30 minutes just for us to find out that he was trying to get another sale from other customers. He then proceeded to kick us out of his office so that he could assist the other customers. From there Andre took over and he was amazing that man needs a raise. I hope that Andre got the commission on this sale because Luis did not deserve it. He handled everything so poorly and I understand needing to be friendly and make sales but he is so fake it is unbelievable. I was appalled at his behavior. If it weren’t for Andre I would have left.
