They also had trouble with the Fumoto quick release oil drain plug and "...will not be responsible for any damage that may occur during the process to remove it". Really? I had to send them a youtube video on something my 14 year old can figure out. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere! More

Sid Azizi was just as helpful, helping explain each piece of paperwork that I needed to sign. He made sure I got the best deal that I could. I was looking for a daily reliable car and found Stevens Creek Honda has quite a few new cars in stock. I left a message about my interest in a 2022 Accord 1.5T Sport trim. The sales consultant--Kevin Trand Creek Honda has quite a few new cars in stock. I left a message about my interest in a 2022 Accord 1.5T Sport trim. The sales consultant--Kevin Trando reached out to me and provided a list of new cars, specs and prices. Kevin is very nice. We had a couple of emails and iMessages. With the competitive pricing, I decided to test drive. It drives much better than I anticipated, very smooth, potent, roomy and comfortable. The only complaint might be the soft break (I am also a BMW M3 owner). Anyway, I realized that this is the car I want to own. Kevin helped me to go though all the processes. I can feel his respect and thinking for customers. He even gave a ride from my home to the dealership. I would definitely recommend Stevens Creek Honda and Kevin to my friends if they are going to buy a Honda. More
PLEASE READ TILL END: OLD REVIEW: Just bought a brand new 2022 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T . Drove it for barely 150 miles (30% city + 70% highway) and I am only getting 21.7 MPG on ECON mode. I contacted to new 2022 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T . Drove it for barely 150 miles (30% city + 70% highway) and I am only getting 21.7 MPG on ECON mode. I contacted today their service desk but was informed that all their operators were busy. Hopefully they will answer back soon because it is really troubling to see such horrendous performance in a brand new Honda Accord. I came to Stevens Creek because of their reputation and even accepted their markup solely on the assurance that I was getting a quality new product. If the feedback from the dealership is positive, I will change this review, else as of now, I am slightly disturbed. EDIT: I just got back a call from the dealership to look at some options on improving the MPG. So at this point, I am actually recommending the dealership. However, I do wish they had been a bit more precise on the MPG nuances when I had bought it as it would have saved me some trouble. More
