This is not a reputable dealership. I took my car in last week to be serviced and during that time a member of their staff stole my garage opener from my vehicle and rifled through my g I took my car in last week to be serviced and during that time a member of their staff stole my garage opener from my vehicle and rifled through my glove compartment and middle consul. The service manager, Joshua Liaw, did not return my call for days and only called me after I followed up with the dealership nearly every day for the course of five days. During our conversation, he was unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to address the situation with integrity and accountability. They have definitely lost my business and if I were you, I would avoid this location at all costs. More

Bought a 2012 Toyota Avalon 2 weeks ago. First time car buyer, so I went in maybe a little underprepared. Talked a big game about how the car is in great condition and so on, no major issues First time car buyer, so I went in maybe a little underprepared. Talked a big game about how the car is in great condition and so on, no major issues, blah blah. Said point blank the battery is good, too. That was apparently false - two days later the battery died and AAA had to come out and replace it. $200. Noticed after a bit of driving that the car was pulling a little to the left. Turns out the tires have severely uneven wear. At least they were kind enough to rotate them. But in so doing they told me the CV axles were shot. Had to take them to get repaired. $900. When the shop was repairing the CV axles, they discovered that the power steering pump is leaking. $800 repair. In 2 weeks I've had to dump $2000 into repairing a car I was told was in great condition. My fault for trusting, I know - but a little honesty would be appreciated. I guess what they say about used car salesmen is true. Never buying from these people again, no matter the circumstances. More
I was so lucky to choose Honda at Stevens Creek to purchase my Honda Accord Sport Hybrid and to be able to work with Phi Le, the General Sales Manager and his Sales Consultant, Marisa Saldana. Both of purchase my Honda Accord Sport Hybrid and to be able to work with Phi Le, the General Sales Manager and his Sales Consultant, Marisa Saldana. Both of them truly care about their clients, & Phi was definitely able to pull a rabbit out of the hat. When I arrived to pick up my car last Thursday, it did not have any of the safety features that I ordered, & Phi was not given the vin number so that he did not know ahead-of-time. This is because there is a shortage of the supply of semiconductor chips which are needed toi produce these safety measures. Phi was able to save-the-day and also able to pull-a-rabbit-out-of-a-hat to check his huge database and found a beautiful silver car with an added spoiler and all of the safety features I needed 20 miles away. Marisa offered to pick it up for me, & when it arrived, it was even more beautiful than the one I had ordered. Phi did not charge anything more for the spoiler; he offered me additional dollar discounts as well as the package with the extra waterproof mats for my inconvenience. Marisa spent so much time with me showing me all the features and test driving the car both earlier when I test drive a demo and now for my new car. She helped me return my rental car and also call State Farm to obtain my car insurance. If this is not above-and-beyond, I am not sure what is. I forgot to mention that I am a feisty and somewhat demanding 80-year-old-woman. No doubt about it, Honda Stevens Creek ROCKS! More
