We initially wrote a great review for our salesperson when purchasing a Honda Ridgeline, however, our experience with this dealership changed after a few days after the sale. Firstly, the Ridgeline comes when purchasing a Honda Ridgeline, however, our experience with this dealership changed after a few days after the sale. Firstly, the Ridgeline comes with a faulty wireless charger. That feature was used by the salesperson to entice us to upgrade to the higher spec, and more expensive model. This feature was the sole reason we chose to upgrade, and the salesperson failed to mention the charger is incompatible with Apple at the time of sale. At the time of sale, we were told by the contracts manager that we would receive an email within a few days to set up our financing plan. After a week of no email, we reached out to the employee and got no response. Shortly after, we received a Notice of Election to Rescind letter, which came as a shock, and demanded the vehicle back for reasons beyond us. We called and emailed the dealership many times with little to no help. We were given the run around and everyones answer was "That is my managers issue". We had to call multiple times and were promised everything was ok, but again, still got no confirmation or opportunity to set up our financing plan. After 2 days of back and forth, and extreme stress not knowing if we could keep the truck or not, we finally had to demand an answer and ask to receive in writing that everything was ok. This was a slip on Stevens Creeks part, and caused unnecessary hassle for something that could have easily been avoided. We considered returning to Stevens Creek Honda later in the year, to add another vehicle to our fleet, but have now decided against it due to the lack of care and chaos that was caused. If you purchase a 2023 Honda Ridgeline, be sure to check the wireless charger is in fact compatible with your phone. And also make sure you leave with 100% confirmation that your financing plan is complete! More

I brought my 2010 Honda accord in for service because the engine light was on. Clint Santiago was my Service Advisor. He was kind, courteous and considerate. He kept me updated about the status of repairs on my car. He gave clear explanation of what was wrong with my car. He even took pictures of the parts that needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the repairs would cost more than the car was worth, so I decided to buy a new car. He referred me to Jerry Marquez. I told him what I wanted which was an Accord hybrid EX-L in canyon river blue metallic. Jerry immediately said," let me see what I can do." He found one in SF at a Honda dealership. I said,"yes let's make it happen." Tina who also assisted in this sale was wonderful! She checked on me multiple times while we were waiting for the car to be brought from SF. Kindness doesn't cost anything and they exemplified this trait. I must not forget Ryan who handled my paper work. He explained the paper work and answered all my questions. This may be a little wordy but many times people will complain and tell you what you have done wrong but never what you get right. I love my new car!! The technology on it is awesome!
