Buying a car from this dealer was a very pleasant experience. I negotiated the final off the lot with Tina Pourani via email and phone. Got the accessories I wanted on the car. I paid for the car 3/2/2024 and will pick up the minivan the next weekend. They were open to matching a quote I received from a dealer 3 hours away from me. Tina's product knowledge was impressive. The model trim level, exterior/interior color was is stock. Several dealers had that van in transit, but not in inventory,. She was very professional and quick to re-quote accessory changes. Getting to the price I wanted took a couple of day, however in the end we to an agreeable bottom line. I would make a deal with Tina Pourni again. More

Quoted price on the website and when it is being finalized, the price is lower. When the loan documents were signed, the price was hiked by $1000 which is very disappointing as they neither pointed finalized, the price is lower. I am so sad at the terrible experience we had at this dealer, except for Ryan N. He is the only reason I am rating this experience with 2-stars. Jacob on the other had, was juvenile, as were the other sales people that spoke to me when Jacob refused to answer my calls mid-way through the sales process. He did not listen when asked a clear request and made the sale complicated and very messy for us and his dealership. I have not figured out if Jay was harmful or helpful in the situation, but at least he stopped when we asked so we could have the right owner on the car title. I think they may have destroyed some documents between the night and morning shift. We were buying the car for our son and it seemed like they made him wait for 90 minutes the first time and 60 minutes the second time for sport. More
