Excellent services for a scheduled maintenance The dealership service department has an appointment calendar system online making it easy for me to pick an available date and time and the type of s The dealership service department has an appointment calendar system online making it easy for me to pick an available date and time and the type of services to be included for the visit, with the estimated cost. Then comes the day, got the vehicle in, a friendly advisor took care of the services, explaining what is going to be done and offered discount from the estimated cost. The process was very quick since most was prepared online. Waiting for my ride to pick me up I got to enjoy the coffee station in the waiting room: not bad with good selections. Later in the day the services were completed on time, got the summary from the advisor and went to the cashier, another friendly person to complete the paper work, which includes a comprehensive report of the maintenance details. Not least the advisor very quickly took care of an email address error that I reported. All in all I was very pleased with services provided to me and my car in this visit. More
