I’m very disappointed with my experience at Stevens Creek Honda after purchasing my vehicle there two years ago. At the time of sale, I was told that if I sold the car while warranties were still active, I w Honda after purchasing my vehicle there two years ago. At the time of sale, I was told that if I sold the car while warranties were still active, I would be able to cancel them and receive a refund for the unused portion. Now that I’ve sold the car and contacted the dealership to cancel those warranties, they have made the process unnecessarily difficult. Instead of helping, I’ve been given the runaround, delayed responses, and no clear guidance on how to complete something that was promised to be simple when I bought the car. It feels like they were very helpful when making the sale, but not when it came time to honor what was explained to me. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and support after the sale too. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience, and I hope management improves how they handle warranty cancellations and customer service. More
