I had an appointment with Luis for a test drive, and let me just say, punctuality is clearly not their priority. After chatting with a few other staff members to track him down, he finally arrived—better late than never, right? Luis was kind enough to show us a vehicle on computer, though it was apparently a different price than the one listed in the previous email because, as I was told, the earlier MSRP was “wrong.” Who needs consistency when you can have surprises, right? The highlight of the visit was being informed that we couldn’t test drive the vehicle unless we committed to making a purchase the same day. Bold strategy! After a bit of negotiation, Luis left us in the office to “find his manager.” Overall, if you’re looking for a dealership that keeps you on your toes and doesn’t concern itself with minor details like customer service or transparency, this is the place to be.
