Time- they need atleast a day for doing any small thing quality of repair- some of their technicians know nothing about the honda cars. crew- they will even bullshit about the honda cars tehnologies , whe quality of repair- some of their technicians know nothing about the honda cars. crew- they will even bullshit about the honda cars tehnologies , when i asked why some thing wrong. Price- Huge ripoff like everybody says. ridiculous $120 for just oil change and test points checks. People on phone- they know nothing about servicing. Pls find some other location nearby(outside staten island)- bayridge honda or hillside is better. all dealers suck after u buy their car anyways but this one is in the worst list.? More
