Be advised once you purchase a vehicle you are of no use to them anymore and they make it obvious with rude staff and complete disregard to defective parts on a brand new vehicle. Tried to get "Free oil change" i pay for and was told my sales rep doesn't work there anymore and things have changed now. Interesting since I'm still paying for a free oil change in my bill every month that isn't so free anymore. Will be seeking legal action More
After a long day visiting dealerships in Brooklyn, I decided to give Staten Island a try. I went in with extremely literal, and to the detail requests. He worked with my budget to find what I could afford, and fully understood the qualities I was not willing to compromise on. He was realistic, and worked every angle to ensure I walked out with a car I was more than satisfied with. Anthony demonstrated that my sale was important to him, and it is for this reason I would highly recommend him and Staten Island Honda to friends and family. I received the best deal of 3 Honda dealerships with him, and he worked in an extremely timely manner to have the process and my car ready to drive in less than an hour. In my 8 years of driving, this is totally unprecedented. I thank Anthony for making this an effortless process for me. Staten Island is lucky to have an individual like this available to them in such a time of need. More

I went into Staten Island Honda with an offer I received in the mail to buy out my current auto loan. My pervious vehicle was purchased through Hyundai Manfredi, and boy do I regret ever purchasing a vehicl in the mail to buy out my current auto loan. Anyhow, As soon as I walked into the door of Staten Island Honda I was immediately greeted by Joseph. He helped me and explained everything to me in great detail. He did not lead me on in anyway and was very straight forward. I walked into this dealership on Friday (10/12/2012), and drove away the next day (Saturday 10/13/2012) with my new 2012 CRV. I just wanted to say thank you to Joe and Eddie (manager) for making me a very happy customer. I will be back next year (2013) to trade in my other lease that is up in October More
Frank was very patient with me as I was hesitant to sell my old Yoyota Rav and buy a new Honda CRV. I went into the dealer to see if they can match a lease offer I got from another dealership. I didnt end up with a newer vehicle because the other dealership is willing to pay off my car and staten island offer I got from another dealership. I didnt end up with a newer vehicle because the other dealership is willing to pay off my car and staten island Honda will not. However, Darren was pleasent and easy to work with. He made the experience much less stressful by not pressuring me into one direction. And best of all, he didn't judge me because of my young age. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking to FINANCE a new Honda but defenitly shop around, there's some good deals out there. More
