I have always been satisfied with your service department. On 8/10/21; I had a 10AM appointment for an oil change but waited on a 15 minute line just to enter the garage. I realize you may be short staffed and there is probably a Pandemic related overflow. I will continue to visit but please try not to overbook and possibly find a way to prioritize appointment customers. More
