I went in for State emissions inspections and was expecting to be there for a while as the waiting area was standing room only. Took my pilot in to get the car fixed. The mechanic fixed one part and then said it was not working properly so they wanted to keep it for a week and make me sepend 4 times more (over $2, The mechanic fixed one part and then said it was not working properly so they wanted to keep it for a week and make me sepend 4 times more (over $2,000) to fix the heat. I said no. Took it to a local mechanic and they fixed it for $100. Either the Honda mechanics didn’t know how to fix their own car or the dealership what overcharging to get extra money out of their customers. No idea. I haven’t been back there and do not intend on buying another car from them. More
