Came in on Friday, 3/10/2023. Spoke with ELAINE BRUNO about two separate vehicles that I had scheduled the same day; a 2014 Honda Accord and a 2004 Honda CRV. I must admit that Elaine really knows what she is doing and she is exceptional in the communication area with customers. Her professionalism is astounding to say the least in the most positive of ways. It is very apparent that the Service Department at Staten Island Honda understands CLEARLY that they are part of a team effort to RETAIN Business and create REPEAT Business. An excellent experience in the Service Department usually translates in purchases within the Sales Department. I wish other Dealerships can understand this formula instead of creating their own Department Fiefdoms which clash with the other Departments. Having an experienced mature person like Elaine contributes to the overall success of the business model. In addition, I must give a commendation to JASON X who is one of the Technicians. Not only is he knowledgeable but he CAREFULLY listens to the symptoms when a customer explains it to him face to face. This was very refreshing because in all my years purchasing vehicles in New Jersey, I NEVER ONCE had the opportunity to speak with the Technician face to face. They were always buried away in the back of a building. Having a Technician speak with you personally can alleviate any type of garbled communication and I hope Staten Island Honda continues this practice. If I was going to rate BOTH Elaine Bruno and Jason X, on a scale of 1-10. it is without a doubt that they EXCEEDED the top score of 10 by a HUGE MARGIN !!! - Vincent B More

Service Tech Kevin Bader (342) was excellent and very helpful. Explained all the details of the job being done on my vehicle also gave me several options that were helpful for the next service.
