Purchased a 2013 Accord and was treated very professionally then by Steve Himmel and Flynt Johnson. Have been returning regularly for service and Wilde Honda has not skipped a beat with Guy Worcester continuing to provide stellar and professional service much after the sale. The quality of sincere and professional care is not often seen today. It is a long drive from where I live now to Sarasota but I continue to drive to them because I know the work will be done right and I will be treated well. Thank you Wilde Honda. More

Best service center I've been taking my car to wilde Honda since I moved to Florida 3 years ago. I live in Venice and all though there is a closer Honda, it doesn't compa I've been taking my car to wilde Honda since I moved to Florida 3 years ago. I live in Venice and all though there is a closer Honda, it doesn't compare. Wilde Honda does an exceptional job, they always have service coupons and deals, they are honest and always wash and vacuum your car as well. Their customer service representative are knowledgeable, polite and courteous. Even when I asked if they did a service that they didn't offer they referred me to a company they work regularly with and even printed out the info with reviews for me. They always go an extra mile. Since I live a bit far whenever I needed a service that took a bit longer they always offered me a loaner car to take so I didn't have to sit around and wait. More

Yesterday my wife dropped off her Civic. Both front electric windows were stuck down. They kindly gave her a loaner with no gas in the tank. Reluctantly a service person took it two blocks to put some electric windows were stuck down. They kindly gave her a loaner with no gas in the tank. Reluctantly a service person took it two blocks to put some gas in it for her which took a half hour. Upon picking up her fixed car today she found out that her seats are soaking wet. So they left the car outside last night and it rained this morning. Nice. She called the dealership back and they did nothing. Terrible customer service and they treat your car poorly when you are paying for it to be worked on. We will not purchase nor service our vehicles there again. More
