The service advisor was informative and honest however I do not own the car for here years. It is a left over that means should not have a three year service due on my Ridgeline. Or if I need to perform service because the Ridgeline service based on time not mileage then I feel that Honda owned the Ridgeline For the year therefore a Honda should share the cost of that three year period. When I purchased the Ridgeline, no one said I would have to pay for service that sat for a year that I did not own the Ridgeline. This was an issue I was going to let pass however I wasn’t to now address it. At another service my husband was treated poorly when we spoke to the Santa Maria manager, he said he would credit us with an additional prepaid service. The credit was not issued. This made me rethink my loyalty to the dealership. I only returned for the current service because I had a prepaid service on the initial agreement. I now even question my loyalty to Honda. I have owned Honda since 2001. This fact should show you how disappointed I am with the two mentioned issues More

Not so Helpful. Went to dealer on 5/28/21 to view, drive, purchase 2021 CRV Hybrid EX-L. Made appt, was assured car was there. Drove 4 hrs. Greeted with: Sorry, mistake, we don't have the car, don't know if purchase 2021 CRV Hybrid EX-L. Made appt, was assured car was there. Drove 4 hrs. Greeted with: Sorry, mistake, we don't have the car, don't know if they will get the car, and if they did, there would be a +$3,000 "market adjustment" to price (above what I was quoted). All I got regarding the market adjustment was, "that's the way we do business", Definitely not professional nor a "Helpful Honda Dealer". Stay away. More
Be very wary of this dealer, especially the finance department. I was sold a CPO car that was damaged, then repaired by the owner, which they stayed “we can sell a certified pre owned car that’s been d department. I was sold a CPO car that was damaged, then repaired by the owner, which they stayed “we can sell a certified pre owned car that’s been damaged” like what? Why pay a premium price for a damaged car? I was able to return it, but I wasn’t able to get my car back, the manager said I needed to pick something and that they didn’t have all day. So I finally chose a 21 Honda Civic sport, which was around the same price as the CPO I returned. Well my interest rate on the CPO was 10%, perfect for me, with the brand new car, it jumped up to 14%, even with money down. When I asked the finance manager why that happened, he said “new cars have higher interest rates”. Feeling uneasy I still was unable to leave the dealership with my car, they were bullying me into buying something. Come to find out I could have had the civic ex, for the same amount per month. Too much shady business here. When I contacted Honda corporate, they said that my interest rate should not have changed and they were logging a formal complaint and investigation into why it happened to me. So before making ANY deal here, ask the questions, don’t be blind sided by things like I was. I wasn’t able to walk away, they forced me to find something and buy it. I can’t believe they are allowed to do this. Still waiting on them to amend my contract to show the original 10% finance fees and I won’t be answering their calls until that has been fixed. More
I had the skin of my passenger seat replaced and Emmanuel and his staff did such an excellent job. To top it off they detailed the interior and exterior. It smells like brand new.
