Our experience with Honda is why we stayed with Honda. Our old vehicle served our business needs for fourteen years. From start to finish (trying other cars, dealing with financing, etc) it was about a month of communicating back and forth. Kyle was easy to get a hold of, answering my calls and emails within a few hours and always knew what was going on. Tonight I picked up my new to me (used) 2012 Honda CR-V and couldn’t love it more!! Made a Believer Out of Me I must admit, I was not looking forward to my Key Honda appointment this week to trade in my Honda CRV LX after a year lease. I have never been a fan of the whole process of buying/leasing vehicles and I believed I would never get a deal like my previous one and the salesman would try to talk me into something I didn't want. Well...was I wrong about that! Kyle Sheridan was able to put me in a new 3 year lease with a Honda CRV EX with features that blew me away, with a reasonable monthly payment. Smooth and easy out of state purchase I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Key Honda in Rutland Vermont. I was a prospective buyer from NYC and I emailed them a question about a u I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Key Honda in Rutland Vermont. I was a prospective buyer from NYC and I emailed them a question about a used car they had for sale. My sales rep Taylor got back to me within minutes and from there she took care of me from start to finish. I had plenty of questions since I was an out of state buyer but being close to the state border with NY, they were used to selling to NY buyers. Taylor was very responsive, never taking more than a few minutes to respond, and even answered on her day off. It was such a pleasant change compared to what I'm used to in the NYC area with other salesmen. Finance manager Andrew was also one of the most pleasant finance guys I've ever dealt with. He got me a great rate from the bank on the financing and wasn't pushy with the extended warranties. To top it off, they delivered the car to me from VT all the way to NYC for free. The two drivers who brought the car were really nice and we took care of the paperwork quickly. If you're in the area or even if you aren't, definitely give these guys a visit. More
