Poor service, unqualified service technicians I had an auto accident back end of February 2018. I noticed I had oil leaks in my driveway. Although my Honda Civic 2012 is few years old I only had 3 I had an auto accident back end of February 2018. I noticed I had oil leaks in my driveway. Although my Honda Civic 2012 is few years old I only had 30,000 miles on it. I brought it to Hamer Honda and technician inspected said nothing worry about. Meanwhile I went to new car sales inquired about new car. I told them I use to work for Hamer some years back. I even wore old Hamer shirt. Experience was awful. The general sales manager a young kid in his twenties treated me so bad. On top wanted steal my car on trade in. I will never buy car from these people. Regarding my oil leak brought car I second time told me oil filter was loose. Car continued leak oil. Brought car in third time was told the oil pan had be replaced. It shifted. Took three visits for the technician figure it out. At cost $800 which they wouldn’t cover. Taking over two days to fix. They never called me with any updates. Terrible experience. Brought car in again due to noise sound of tin can. Brought car in 7am. Near 3 pm not even phone call. Never even touched my car. 4pm they advised I would have leave car overnight (Lee) service advisor. Found out the technician that replaced my oil pan failed put cover back over the able wire. They wanted to charge me $140 for repair which was fault of technician. I complained why should I pay. Told Lee service advisor. He came through no charge. More
