Manipulation & Deceit My husband and I went to trade in our old Buick. Salesman pointed out a car, gave us the list price and the monthly lease amount - we said okay. It to My husband and I went to trade in our old Buick. Salesman pointed out a car, gave us the list price and the monthly lease amount - we said okay. It took them THREE HOURS to do up the paperwork. By that time we were the only ones in the dealership, it being an hour and a half past closing time. They finally present us with the contract, having thought they made us wait long enough. Apparently they thought we couldn't read a lease contract, all of a sudden the price of the car had increased $2300! We called them on it and said we can't sign THAT, it was not we agreed to. All of a sudden the office was flooded with people, "oh, we thought you wanted this extra thing" No! It was very obvious they had underestimated us and had tried to slip us a fast one! They then said oh well, we'll correct it and they then printed out a corrected contract in 5 MINUTES!! But the first one took 3 hours! And this was AFTER the credit check had happened. Thank God I used to work in a bank lending dept and can read a loan/lease contract, because I think the average consumer would have fallen for this MANIPULATION & DECEIT. More

Purchased a Honda CRV on 9/24/2015 at this dealership. I bought my new Honda CRV from Patrick Donohue. From the minute I walked through the door I knew immediately that I had the right salesman for us in I bought my new Honda CRV from Patrick Donohue. From the minute I walked through the door I knew immediately that I had the right salesman for us in Patrick. He spent a lot of time with both me and my husband, answered all of our questions, and took us for a test drive. From the first moment we got into the car he explained all of the exemplary features with us. In addition, Patrick is not a "pushy" salesperson and he is very upfront and honest when you ask him a question and that is what I really like about him. Patience with customers is another one of his virtues. He is extremely customer oriented and goes "above & beyond" for his customers. He has the kind of honesty that you don't find in many car salesmen, and I would certainly recommend Honda of Plymouth and Patrick Donohue to all of my friends. He is a very special gentleman and I feel that I am in good hands in the future knowing that he is a big part of this wonderful dealership. More

Winning!!!!! Go nowhere else but here! Like no other! My 22 year old daughter was interested in purchasing a Honda and asked for my assistance since I've been in sales all my life. She had in mind what she wanted to pay and what her monthly payments would be and she was afraid that salesmen would convince her to a higher payment so she begged me to go. Reluctantly, I went. I was charged to get into an argument and pumped that I had to do all the talking and fighting too make sure my daughter wasn't going to get taken advantage of. Guess what? Not only did they stay within our parameters the monthly payment my daughter wanted was LOWER than expected!!! Who does this? I've purchased several cars and trucks for my kids and family and this has NEVER ever happened to me or any of my kids. Not only were the salesmen happy to be at worked they were also asking if we needed anything like drinks etc. Our salesman Eduardo was more than happy to repeatedly bring me bottled water. He genuinely smiled through the entire transaction. Here's the better part, ready? When it came to the being financed I specifically told the finance manager what payment my daughter needed to be in. He came back with a VERY GOOD interest rate that impressed me because I thought I was going to have to argue that too! I was so shocked I was almost afraid to put my guard down because I thought this process was too simple. When my daughter went the next day to pick up the car the finance manager found a BETTER interest rate!!!! Again, who does that??? Well aparently this dealership does. I have nothing bad to say about anyone I came in contact with, not even with the bow tied sales manager. Everyone was pleasant and happy to be at work. As a sales professional who has worked in the sales industry all my life I have to say this dealership has got it right. Keep going Plymouth Honda and sell lots of cars! You guys rock!!! By the way, I have 3 other adult children that I would not hesitate for a second to send them there alone to buy a car!!! Oh, and I forgot one more thing, the price of the car was exactly where I wanted to be!!! Like I said in the title "Winning"! More
