After I traded in my old car for a new Honda, the dealer did not complete the paperwork on the trade in a timely manner, resulting in me being liable for another payment on my trade-in. I always purchase Hondas, and am an Oakland resident, but this is my first and last time buying from Honda of Oakland. Try El Cerrito Honda, they are great. More

I was calling to schedule an appointment for buying a car over the phone, but this sales person was SO RUDE and HUNG ME UP.
