Our experience with the service at Honda Manhasset has consistently been disappointing when it comes to respecting appointment times. For example, even with a 10 AM appointment, the actual service often d consistently been disappointing when it comes to respecting appointment times. For example, even with a 10 AM appointment, the actual service often doesn't start until hours later—sometimes not even by noon. They might initially promise a 45-minute to 1-hour service, only to keep extending it by another 30 minutes repeatedly. It feels like customers need to constantly follow up just to ensure their vehicle is being worked on; otherwise, you could end up waiting an entire day. This isn’t a one-time occurrence—it has happened multiple times despite our hope that each visit would bring improvement. Appointments are made to manage time efficiently, both for the staff and customers. It's frustrating to see little regard for the time of clients who show up punctually and trust the schedule provided. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements better time management practices to respect their customers’ schedules More
