I’ve brought 3 cars from this dealership all with different problems. Yes they can get inventory but everything that glitters isn’t gold. For example, I just brought a 2021 Widebody Scat Pack from th different problems. Yes they can get inventory but everything that glitters isn’t gold. For example, I just brought a 2021 Widebody Scat Pack from them. Only had the car for legit 1 day. It broke down on me the same day I got it. They’ve now had the car for almost 3 weeks. And while I guess neither me nor them can estimate how long repairs will be, they haven’t offered me a loaner car for the time being or anything really to accommodate me for not having a car this entire process. That’s what makes other dealers stand out. To be fair to them yes the got car back and they’re fixing the issues (I’m pretty sure everything is fixed at the moment, they’re just wanting to replace an extra part as a safety precaution) some type of accommodation would’ve been great. Another thing is some of the people at this dealership just talk over you and disregard everything you’re saying. What’s the point of having a conversation with someone who at the end of the day is going to not pay attention or really care about anything you’re saying. More

This is a follow up to Michell Whitten sales media and reputation Director and Nickalus Murdock on August 23, 2024. I saw several advertisements and promotions for a used 2024 Toyota Crown platinum. I only realize the advertisement was misleading after my purchase was made for the vehicle. I felt misled and cheated by HONDA OF LAKE CITY. I am 69 years old and not very tech savvy on the advertisement which also included the VIN number of the used 2024 Toyota crown platinum was advertised on multiple websites for $42,000. The vehicle was at Lake City Honda location, the advertisement offered and assured Internet discount price of 42,000 providing the purchase go test drive and purchased directly from them which I did a representative from the dealership named Julie return my call to confirm my 3 PM appointment and once again confirm they would honor the discount if I showed up to test drive and purchase the vehicle at the same location When I got there, I asked for Julie, but Joshua Lindsey🚗 the sales person who ended up selling me the car said Julie was not available during the purchase transaction. I raised the current concern to Joshua regarding the purchase price on the paperwork which was different than the advertise price of 42,000 Joshua assured me that the finance department would adjust the sales amount once it gets into the finance department interest. I went ahead and completed the paperwork with my initials and signature via his smart phone when I asked Joshua the sales person to give me a hard copy of what I signed so I can confirm the price adjustment he had me wait over five hours for the finance department. The finance department never gave me a hard copy but a flash drive instead and claim they don’t provide hardcopies only flash drives when I got home and open the files from the flash drive. I realize that they never made the price adjustment or correction of the advertise price for me. I made a call to the manager regarding this discrepancy once again, the general manager told me They charged me more money because I finance with my own bank invest on their finance company was never disclosed prior to me signing additional. The general manager also said that it was too late for me to do anything about it and that I ended up paying 5000 more than the advertise price. I’m trying to save up the money to hire Lawyer and take them to court. In the meantime I will use my first amendment and post every day until this is corrected sincerely Philip Franzoni. More
I was very excited to see the car and drove 7 hours for the car based off of emails and conversations. Once I learned of malfunction of the car that was never disclosed, I got worried. To fix the issue, I am now having to add additional warranty coverage to possibly rectify an issue that should have been dislosed. The spoiler wing has a malfunction and should deploy once the car reaches speeds of 60 MPH. The malfunction message rings and I am not able to get this fixed for 30 days plus I had to add an additional warranty that I am paying for in order to fix something that the dealership should have fixed or disclosed.
