Reshad took me for a test drive and gave me good detail about the vehicle. Working with Reshad is again a wonderful experience. He strongly encouraged me to take this car because of its performance/power and provided me a great deal. Reshad is very friendly. Both Justin & Reshad are jovial & very helpful. They don't drag anything, no gimmicks. I signed on the same day. Talking about this car(2020 Honda Civic EX Sedan), I like it very much. Awesome car. His genuine tone was much appreciated, and I could tell that he really wanted to find the right solution for my family. He was super easy to work with, and he made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I would recommend both Honda of Kirkland and Mahad Osman without a doubt! Great process. I was able to get in touch with Jacqueline via text a few days before purchasing my Honda Fit. The process took about 3 hours :) Yes, Quick and seamless because Mahad took care of everything from DMV to credit check to delivering the car to calling insurance for the little things. Overall process, paperwork and picking up the car went super smooth. Was looking for a San Marino Red and they were able to get from another dealership quickly :) Though I had to pay for the extra cost for this color/inventory in the negotiations, overall value of the car out-of-the-door price was a good (though not the thanksgiving-style best) deal. - Two suggestions to the Dealership management/leadership - One to be little less aggressive with price negotiations (especially when the prospective customer is a serious buyer, accommodating and interested party). Two, to provide some Honda goodies when picking up the new car. Swags like official Caps, Jackets or Hoodies as complimentary items really do leave that extra mile impression and welcomes the buyer into the upcoming relationship with the dealership. Overall, a very nice experience with Mahad and Carlos, a big shout-out to both of them - with purchase, acquisition and customer relations. Will add another review after I go through the service.
