I would give 1 star to the sales person we dealt with, MJ Kim, and 5 stars to the service dept. After purchasing our used car, we drove it home and we noticed the low pressure light was on. I checked the ti Kim, and 5 stars to the service dept. After purchasing our used car, we drove it home and we noticed the low pressure light was on. I checked the tires, they were fine, no big deal. I tried to reset it and the menu to do that wouldn't pop up from the button on the steering wheel. Apparently this is because if there are other warnings on the dash the menu option won't pop up. So I call the service dept and they tell me to bring it in, which I do. When I get there they do a quick check and tell me the window sensors on the windshield need to be calibrated and that they'll need to keep it and to talk to the sales person about a rental car. So I go to talk to MJ and told him what was going on and he very curtly tells me that they don't cover rentals. Now, we had purchased a warranty with the vehicle, which I nformed him of at that point and he grabs me a brochure and hands it to me. It was a pretty cold shoulder throughout the experience of dealing with him for having just purchase a vehicle from him 6 days prior. So I go back to the service desk and tell them what he told me and they goto talk with someone else. Ultimately the issue got resolved and I couldn't be more happy with my experience with the service department. They really went above and beyond to fix this issue for me. However the sales representative I dealt with, MJ Kim, you might want to think about dealing with someone else in case something like what happened to us happens to you because he was less than helpful. 5 stars for the service department, 1 star for MJ Kim. More
