I was passed around a few people for the total purchase. As this was done completely over the phone, it was understandable. Everyone there was super helpful though. I will definitely be looking at Honda of Kirkland again. I commend the sales staff and Barbara especially. Her diligence made all the difference. More
1. Took my Honda Pilot in for a service around 8 AM Tuesday, B1237 service and 3 additional issues. Since I have extended warranty, asked to see if the repairs would be cover and go ahead if they were. Tuesday, B1237 service and 3 additional issues. Since I have extended warranty, asked to see if the repairs would be cover and go ahead if they were. 2. No update until 3:30 PM so I checked. Got a reply at 4:30 PM that shop was backed up and it would be tomorrow. 3. No update on Wednesday so checked again. One issue was due to a recall service done wrong (same dealership), so they were fixing it. Other 2 issues they were waiting for extended warranty company. 4. Got a message on Thursday that warranty company approved the 2 repairs and it would take until Friday. Mentioned that I needed the car by 4 PM Friday for a scheduled event and was told that it would be OK. 5. Got a message on Friday 1:30 PM that the car is ready to pick up, so I dropped off my wife before going to pick up my daughter. 6. Got a call from my wife that the 'service advisor' working on Tuesday took a day off on Friday without any notes, and I was fully charged for 2 repairs. It would take 'a couple of hours' to call extended warranty company again. 7. No update until 4 PM, new 'service advisor' call went to voice mail. So I had to drop by. 8. Was told that warranty company approved the repair, but it would take '20 minutes' to redo the paper work. 9. Got my car out at 5:30 PM and was very late for my event. As a Honda customer since 2001, my next car will be a Toyota. More

Everyone at Honda of Kirkland was very friendly and helpful. The salesman we had an appointment to meet with for a test drive came to meet us and immediately got the car for us. He was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. He explained how to use many of the features of the car and had many positive facts to share about the vehicle. He valued our trade in at a fair price, and we felt good about the price we would pay for our new vehicle. The finance expert explained the warranty coverage that came with the car and extra coverage we could purchase. He too really took his time to ensure we understood all of our options and the wonderful services that were already included in our purchase. It was all a very seamless and smooth experience from test drive to the last handshake out the door. We would highly recommend Honda of Kirkland and the amazing salesman MJ Kim. More
I used the Costco deal and they handled very well. We had a test drive and when we were ready, we selected our vehicle, found out the Costco price and proceeded to the sale.
