Very misleading,said I needed repairs that were not necessary. Came in to get a new key that didn't work, then they said I needed a 500.00 repair. More

As per our conversation on the phone where I promised to cut you a second key; after having cut and programed a first key, and program this key at no charge to you. I did this because you felt the first key was faulty and I tried to assure you it was not. Therefore I cut your second key and in doing so I full filled my promise and in doing so was able to again show you the need for the switch your vehicle needs to operate properly. I believe we were straight forward with what would be required and clearly stated this to you. Unfortunately nothing last for ever and eventual items on a 2007 Accord will fail. We always want to ensure our customers are completely satisfied and I again invite you to discuss with myself. Todd Rohrssen Service and Parts director

Krista I apologize that this occurred but we have thoroughly investigated this on our end, and I assure you we only show one charge for you on that transaction. This is an issue on your banks end as for the double charge. We only have one transaction against you account and we have only received credit for said transaction. I again urge you to contact your bank at this time.
