Did not disclose hidden costs which were added to the price of the car like gap insurance. Delivery of the car was terrible. The entertainment screen was not functioning properly and they told us we coul price of the car like gap insurance. Delivery of the car was terrible. The entertainment screen was not functioning properly and they told us we could go down the street to the Toyota dealer to get it fixed. I will never buy another car there and will encourage others not to do so as well. More

My review is WAY overdue but finally I made it possible to write this very earned review . SHOUT OUT TO JIM SPANKS! (He has earned a raised) He definitely has all those employee of the year awards for a r to write this very earned review . SHOUT OUT TO JIM SPANKS! (He has earned a raised) He definitely has all those employee of the year awards for a reason and it shows in how HONEST ,accommodating and helpful he was with my husband and I after explaining to him our past stressful , frustrating from the bad experience we had with the last time we were in a dealership buying car. I needed a Car ASAP after my car 2012 had completely stoped as soon as I got to the dealership and prior right off the highway, I was still not done paying it and I had so much questions and worries . He WORKED SOME MAGIC , answer ALL of our questions and I left that day with 2024 Sport HR-V stress free and it was completely unreal how I had such a completely smooth , anxiety free experience and the best part at the end of 2023 before 2024. I will for ever be thankful for having him be the person who sold us My car . I hope he never changes his salesman honest ways. He is a blessing in disguise's and I definitely recommend him for any first time car buyers. They will have a pleasant and memorable experience. He is not just trying to sale cars ,he actually cares what would be best for you. More
