After visiting the dealer 10 years ago and getting the "sleazy" vibe, I came back to look a couple used Accords despite the rumors about Honda of Greeley. I had my guard up for sure, but dealt with Mike J "sleazy" vibe, I came back to look a couple used Accords despite the rumors about Honda of Greeley. I had my guard up for sure, but dealt with Mike Juhl on a couple vehicles. He was nice and accomodating, happily bringing out a couple vehicles for a no-pressure test drive. I was responded to quickly and honestly when I had questions and when it came down to the price negotiation. They gave me the BEST price in Northern Colorado for my trade, which solidified the deal. I was also pressed for time when it came to signing the paper work, but Mike and MArcus had everything ready and I was in and out with my 05 Accord eariler than I thought. I LOVE my car and will recommend Honda of Greeley to others who are int he market for a car. Thanks. More
Many thanks to Peggy Martin and her team at Honda of Greeley. My experience began when I made an internet inquiry to obtain a quotation on a 2012 Honda Pilot. I received immediate and courteous attent Greeley. My experience began when I made an internet inquiry to obtain a quotation on a 2012 Honda Pilot. I received immediate and courteous attention from the sales department. They were not pushy nor were they aggressive, however, it was obvious that they were interested in helping me find an automobile that met my needs and desires. After doing some competitive shopping and onsite visits with other dealers in the area, I decided to drive to Greeley and meet with Peggy and Mike in person. They were both appropriately helpful, treated me with respect and made the “bargaining” experience a pleasant one. Peggy gave me a reasonable price on the Pilot that I was trading in, arranged for a dealer swap via flatbed truck to obtain a brand new (not a demo) vehicle and had my new wheels and the paperwork ready to complete on the following business day. Peggy did a remarkable job of instructing me on all of the ins and outs of my new vehicle and followed up with a welcomed customer care call. Rick in the parts department was able to obtain the accessories that I wanted and went out of his way to be sure that they were delivered to me on a timely basis. Once that I decided that I had to have roof rails, Scott set up a service appointment to have them installed. All of the people that I did business with over the course of the various transactions were professionally personable, polite and nice to work with. I am looking forward to a long standing relationship with Honda of Greeley. My thanks extends to everybody (including the business office) who made this experience such a great one. More
Their customer service is great. A real pleasure to deal with. They always go over everything with me so I know what I need and how much it will cost. I trust these people completely. They let me know what needs to be done and I feel confident they know what to do, and how to do it. NO PROBLEM;>) They do an inspection check on my car to every time I take it to them. They were rude and hard to work with. When I bought my 2008 Honda Accord used from them I asked if I get a full tank of gas with it as I'm trading a car with a full tank of gas. They said yes. I live in loveland and with out even thinking made it halfway home before I realized I only had 1/4 of a tank in my new (used) car. I turned around and went and talked to them the manager. He said since it was just about closing time to come back tomorrow and he will fill it up for me. So I go home and the next day bright and early I arrive at the dealer ship the manager hands my car off to the tech and tells me he is off to put gas in the car. When he returns it is up to 1/2 a tank! I go straight to the manager and tell him it is only 1/2 full try again. His response was "We only allow 1/4 tank for used cars we never fill them full. You should be 'HAPPY' I filled it up 1/2 tank!" as if he was doing me a favor! I almost spent more gas driving back and forth from the dealer to my house and back then the manager gave me! I will never go Honda of Greeley ever again and I don't recommend anyone else either. If they messed me over on gas then who knows what else they are messing people over with. So stingy! SERIOUSLY GAS! More
After some extenuating circumstances, Peggy worked extremely hard to resolve the situation. Peggy, Wes, and Bob found me a fantastic CRV that far exceeded my expectations. Jeff from Finance took the time and secured me agreeable terms despite the circumstances. Marcus, also from Finance, was informative and friendly. Overall, these folks from Honda of Greeley proved that customer service and customer satisfaction are a priority. I really cannot thank them enough for finding me such a great car! Visited Honda of Greeley to look at a new CR-Z, as they had one of the only ones around. While attracted to the style and economy of this model, wasn't sure it would meet my needs without seeing one in pe had one of the only ones around. While attracted to the style and economy of this model, wasn't sure it would meet my needs without seeing one in person. The one they had was top of the line with more options than I wanted or needed. Terri was very helpful without pushing, and volunteered to search for one that would better suit me. Unfortunately, it seems Honda is currently unable to produce this vehicle due to parts shortages as a result of the tsunami and inventory is almost non-existent (had heard this same story at two other Honda dealers). Before leaving, I saw a used vehicle that I liked and inquired about price but did not test drive. After getting home and doing some homework, decided I really wanted to check out the used car I had briefly seen. Gave Terri a call the next day and arranged to go back for a test drive. Absolutely no pressure but after a test drive, it was clear that I would rather have this used car for about the same price as the new CR-Z......not that the Honda was bad, just that the car I ended up purchasing was a LOT more car and in fantastic condition. The Audi TT coupe which I purchased is really nice and it never would have happened, if not for the way Terri treated me on my first visit. Marcus was pleasant and efficient in getting the paperwork done, even after I rejected all of the various service options available. It was quick, he found me a great rate and I was soon on the road home. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to return to Honda of Greeley and would suggest asking for Terri Langenbahn. More
