Both Peggy and Terry were very friendly. I have bought other cars from other dealerships before and was extremely pressured into buying extended warranties and such. I dealt with Peggy after I found a vehicle on a third party webisite that was in their inventory. As I live 175 miles away from the dealership, I did all of the negotiating via email, without a single phone call. Only after we had agreed upon a price, did I make a trip to take a test drive and inspect the vehicle. The vehicle was exactly as Peggy had presented it, and I was extremely pleased with the ease of the purchase and how expediant they were to get me in and out in less than 1 hour. I was also very impressed by the fact that after I had driven away, I found an issue with the paperwork that I had signed for the purchase. After a quick email to Peggy, a fix to the issue was taken care of right away, with followup correspondence from Peggy as well as Bob, within an hour. They could have chosen to overlook the issue, but were very outstanding in rectifying the situation in a timely manner. I get the impression that Customer Service is high on their list of priorities, and I think that is very important. I would not hesitate to recommend Peggy and the team at Honda of Greeley for your vehicle purchase, as they were a pleasure to deal with. More

My wife and bought a 2005 Odyssey that had 87,000 miles on it from Honda of Greeley. We were told the van belonged to a relative of the owner and that all regular scheduled maintenance had been done, alon on it from Honda of Greeley. After a couple of days, we noticed an odd vibration when the engine reached a certain RPM range. We took the van into the dealership to have them check into the cause of the vibration. A technician drove the van but said he could not reproduce the vibration. We were then told to bring it back if the vibration occurred again. It wasn't long before the vibration was evident once again. We again contacted the dealership about the issue. We were advised to have a service appointment made to verify and investigate the cause. At that time, we also notified them that we started to notice fluid collecting on our garage floor. Again, we were told that the cause would be investigated during the service appointment. Once the van was taken in for the service appointment, it was found that the hydraulic engine mount had failed and needed to be replaced ($1,000) and that and engine seal was leaking and needed to be replaced ($1,100). The dealership at first was going to stick us with the entire bill, however once they learned that we purchased the extended warranty, they agreed to cover half our deductible for replacing the engine mount ($125) and paid for $500 for the cost of the engine seal. My wife and I were left with a final repair bill of $725 for issues that should have been caught and fixed during the multipoint inspection. I do believe the dealership knew of the maintenance issues but did not want to spend the $2,100 needed to get the vehicle ready to sell. Instead they put it on their lot hoping that the unsuspecting buyer would cover that bill for them. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle from this dealership to make sure to have the vehicle inspected by a secondary source prior to purchase. Honda of Greeley will only stand by the vehicles they sell only if there is a minimal investment required. More
This is the 3rd vehicle that we have purchased from Honda of Greeley, which speaks for itself. Peggy is wonderful to work with. There was no pressure at any time to buy so when we felt the time was right, there was no doubt about where to go. We have known Peggy forever and absolutely trust her to give us the best deal! More
I was not an easy customer and the entire staff was patient and accommodating. We were looking for a late model, low mileage used Honda Odyssey and we found exactly the car we were looking for. Our salesman, Mark, was well informed and friendly and made every effort to get us exactly Odyssey and we found exactly the car we were looking for. Our salesman, Mark, was well informed and friendly and made every effort to get us exactly what we wanted. For example, we liked the car but it didn't have a console between the seats. Mark offered to provide that, at no extra charge. He was not pushy at all but responded to our questions. Our experience of the service here was excellent. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
