Cole is a good person and I appreciate that he agreed to repair my car. I bought the car just a month ago, and after driving it for about 4 hours, I started hearing a very loud and suffocating noise on the repair my car. I bought the car just a month ago, and after driving it for about 4 hours, I started hearing a very loud and suffocating noise on the way back. He told me he would fix it, which I appreciated — no problem with that part. However, I was disappointed that I wasn’t provided with a temporary vehicle while mine was being repaired. I can’t wait until Saturday, and now I’m forced to drive a car that isn’t functioning properly. They told me there were no loaner vehicles available, but I believe they could have at least kept my car safe and found another solution. More

The Honda representee was so busy with other costumers and they told us call back if you have any question We spent more than $41,000 on this car, and we would have liked them to have taken the time to explain to us on the site how the new technology works. As I wrote everyone was helpful but there was little time for one customer. Anyway, we like our new car. Thank for Honda. More

I was able to purchase and get my vehicle serviced here. I had a great salesman, with the service center I wish they would show you the part they switched out or worked on.
