The service guys are very good, both Nilay and Eric. However the credit card fee is ridiculous for a company this size. Faheel was very nice and Miriam was fantastic. Paul was so sweet and made the financial part very easy. The only issue I had, which Miriam fixed immediately, was after pulling out of the dealership onto Rt 9 we noticed the tire pressure light was on and the tire was much lower than the others. We figured it was due to it being freezing outside and we were running late to a dinner reservation so we kept going. When we got to the resturant we noticed there was a huge screw in the tire. This should have been noticed when they detailed the car before we took it...even if they didnt notice the screw in the tire the warning light was on and someone should have saw that. Miriam had me come back that Monday and gave me a loaner car for the evening. More
