Honda owners: This is a Warning for Honda owner that use or will use Honda of FT. Myers service Department. I purchase my car from Honda of FT. Myers, a 2018 Honda Accord Sport. I have been taking my car to or will use Honda of FT. Myers service Department. I purchase my car from Honda of FT. Myers, a 2018 Honda Accord Sport. I have been taking my car to Honda of FT. Myers for service since them. On the last three years I have noticed some change on service. Remember, dealers charge more than a regular car service shop, including parts and labor. What it gets to me is the amount of service charges they are including on the bill. High miscellanies charges, and a 3% credit card fee. Honda of FT. Myers send me promotional flyers with specials and discounts. Unfortunately, on my last two visit I noticed the following: first one, took my car for oil change special. I make the appointment for a special of $29.95 that show on their web page. When finish, I receive a bill for $49.95 plus tax and misc. Fee plus 3 % credit card charge. After complaint, they make the adjustment for the $29.95. On my second try, I make an appointment for balancing and rotation using a flyer with a $20.00 off from to $149.95. When the bill came, again, the bill was for $189.95. The customer service rep stated the price went up. Even when I show the flyer, they did not advise me of any price change or any additional charges. They also charge me $17.99 misc. Fee and when ask the rep stated was for the use of the machine. I thought that was included in the price of the balancing and rotation. Also get hammer with a 3% credit card fee. DO NOT TRUST this dealer service department. Use of trick advertisement to take your service. Ask first of any charges, surcharges and fees before the service is rendered. Personally, I will NOT take any of my two Honda for service there. Also, on my last two visit I requested service for a recall, they never put it on the system, never replace the part. More

First one at the beginning of the years for oil change. At time of payment, all priced went up in addition to credit card charges. I give a second change and when today 073124 to the dealer for 4 wheels alignment. Flyer shows regular price $149.95 and $20.00 discount. I also came for a recall. A customer service rep stated they do not have the part for the recall. I requested even that to put on the service request for proof I came for the recall. At the time of payment, the bill show a $20.00 increase in price, including an additional $17.99 for the use of the machine (NOT showing on the flyer). Honda Service Representative stated price when up. I show the flyer, stated I received last week and is the second time it happens to me, Honda of FT. Myers increase price after you request the service. They adjust price as show in flyer, the $20.00 discount, BUT still charge for using the machine $17.99. And at the end they charge me also for using the credit card FEE. Dealer's service is high in addition to the additional extra fees to put and now additional charges for using the credit card. It looks the company is using this discount flyers to bring customer to the dealer and at the end they tell you price increase to overcharge you. LAST TIME AT THIS DEALER. Will NOT recommend Honda of FT. Meyers. They also offer free cas wash, NOT Done. More

Not my first time having an issue there. Bought my car there. Took it for first.oil change, when I got back in the car my tire pressure light was in and my windshield washer.flyid was still empty even tho there. Drove back through to get th to finish the job I already paid for. Left there and as I was pulling on the interstate I realized my hood wasn't closed. Next trip there I asked them to look at the front of thr car it was making a clicking when I turned. Told them it was still under Warranty. No problem they said. Needless to say t h y tried to charge me but I complained Nd got a text later stating it was covered under warranty. They also offer me a discounted rate of 60 to rotate my tires. What a joke. This time it took 2+ hours to get my car back I had 9.99 oil change and 24.99 tire rotation. Bill came to 197and change. They said the rest was for 2 filters. The filets are 7.14 and 9.99 and they is retail price not wholesale. I asked to see a manager who would not come talk to me bitarked it down to 137. Horrible experience. Never buying from them again and I will be sure to spread the word around about the experience I had. More
Don’t lease from this place. 2 1/2 years ago I leased a new car and when I tried to buy out my lease, they charged me an extra 5000 to buy it out because I took such great care of it and only put on 9000 m new car and when I tried to buy out my lease, they charged me an extra 5000 to buy it out because I took such great care of it and only put on 9000 miles. It’s worth 5000 more then the payoff so they made me pay the additional 5000 to buy it. I got ripped off. More
