10.27.23 Last December 2022, I was there with my car for 3 days and 9 hours. Recently, I have been at your dealership twice in 2 weeks. Always great service with Austin Barlow. Very professional, quick, and has a wealth of knowledge. My only concern is that the parts are not kept in stock so I have to come back. I bought 4 new tires, then needed a belt, it was ordered and notified the next day, but the appointment is next week. So that will be visit 3. The 4th visit will be to maybe replace a part that may be covered under warranty. Austin is going to help me get a rental so they can keep my CRV overnight to hear what I hear on start up. Overall, Austin is super helpful, makes me feel that my concerns matter. I know quite a bit as I've owned many cars, but my current CRV is one of my favorite cars and Austin has educated me on new issues that arise. I would highly recommend Austin and as a former recruiter, would suggest his superiors consider him for management. I have never seen that top of the line service professionalism in any dealership. I also appreciate seeing other customers who have Hondas! See you next week Austin for visit #3!
