Today 02/21/25 was my second time interacting with Juan. He had provided service for me about a two weeks ago, when I needed my tire pressure corrected. He saw then that the B17 service was showing as due soon and without hesitation or even being asked he took the time to provide a printout to advise of what the service would entail. When I came in today he was again very pleasant and inviting as he prepared the information for the service. He is by far the best person I have dealt with at the dealership, in addition to Preston, Service Mgr. and Don, who I was told is no longer there. Thanks Cynthia L. Brown More

Overall, the dealership is nice. Waiting area for customers of the service department was clean and comfortable. However, what compelled me to leave a review, was the wonderful service provided by my service advisor, Savannah Williams. I had two appointments in the same week with Savannah, and she did an absolutely outstanding job both times. In the past, I had received iffy customer service from other advisors, and actually quit coming to Honda of Columbia for service on my vehicle entirely, even going as far as choosing to drive further to the other Honda dealership in Irmo. However, after an inconvenient flat tire, I found myself using Honda of Columbia again this past week out of urgency because I work nearby. After the incredible customer service Savannah provided (on the phone and in person), I will now be choosing Honda of Columbia again for my routine car maintenance! She went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of the cost of services upfront and was very helpful in explaining the purpose and benefits of each service. She was also friendly and empathetic, which was appreciated by a very overwhelmed and stressed out me! I can say with confidence that Savannah is the most helpful service advisor I have had at any Honda dealership location. I will happily continue to use Honda of Columbia for routine maintenance on my vehicle, with Savannah as the assigned service advisor. Job well done! More

Kayla has become my "go to" when I need service. I have had all of my service done at the Honda of Columia service department over the years and for the past several Kayla was the service advisor fo I have had all of my service done at the Honda of Columia service department over the years and for the past several Kayla was the service advisor for most of it. The most recent example is I received an 'exhaust system' error code. I took it in and Kayla said it could be fuel injectors but that she would reset the light and for me to bring it back in if the light came back on. Well fastforward about a week and a half and ping the light is back on. I set an apppointment and Kayla let me know that it was indeed a fuel injector issue. She also let me know that since I had purchased an extended warranty that I would have to pay $0 for the repair. All I paid for was a 1 day rental and within 24hrs I had my CRV back with 4 brand new fuel injectors. More
