Great Customer Service Was just in a few days ago for oil change service. I asked for my favorite service advisor Karla. Karla was and is a wonderful representation of Honda West great customer service. Everything went well, as usual! Car wash, too! Great! PS, if Karla is not there, I want Carol! She's great too and my other favorite! I feel a bond with them and a nice comfort level so I don't have to stress over the car! Thank you. PS, Since my car is a 2004 model I would like to see a DATE along with mileage for next recommended service timeframe like you used to provide on my windshield. I rely on the dates, not the mileage. Not only did he stay way past closing but helped explain several features of the car and how they worked. He was an excellent salesman, not pressuring us at all and just very helpful. Had a bad experience, good employees worked hard to fix it We put down a $4,500 down payment on a used car, and were instructed to bring our trade-in back in 2 days, when the salesman (Shubau Wong) would be wo We put down a $4,500 down payment on a used car, and were instructed to bring our trade-in back in 2 days, when the salesman (Shubau Wong) would be working next, so we could finalize the deal and Mr. Wong could earn his commission. In the interim, the finance manager (Armen) added a $2,000 warranty to the price without asking us, so I called and sorted that, feeling extremely frustrated already. On our way in to the dealership on the day we were supposed to close, Shubau Wong called and informed us that they had SOLD OUR CAR to another customer, and that we only had a casual contract. I was shocked, but he didn't seem bothered at all, saying we should come test drive other cars (would you?). Updated: The dealership made amends and had an equivalent car shipped in for us for the same price. The Sales manager (Chris Baum) and our salesman (Shubau Wang) were very apologetic and did the best they could to remedy the situation. Everyone makes mistakes, and it means a lot when people admit and correct them. More
