I had checked with several Honda dealers in search of a White, EX CRV with leather and Navigation. First Honda in Simi Valley where I live had one, put they wanted to charge me for all sorts of dealer add ons that I didn't want, so I called around and got Scott Gravesen on the phone, he looked it up and told me they had FIVE of that exactly model and combination to choose from. I thought they where B.S.ing me, but they drove me over to their off-lot storage, and sure enough, the had FIVE of the exact same vehicle.. WOW! Scott has been in the car business for a long time and does not play games, I was able to quickly negotiate a fair price and was able to buy the car and get done quickly. The Finance department was great as well, they did not try to sell me a bunch of "extras" and I appreciated that. No hard sale tactics, they where very fair and straight forward. Best car buying experience ever. Now I'm telling all my friends to come here and ask for Scott Gravensen, the Super Nice Car Salesperson! More

Great customer service and easy process! I recently purchased a brand new 2017 Honda Pilot from Keyes Honda. I was not exactly thrilled about having to go to a dealership since I have had som I recently purchased a brand new 2017 Honda Pilot from Keyes Honda. I was not exactly thrilled about having to go to a dealership since I have had some not so great experience in the past but I have to say this is a 5 star dealer all the way! If I could give more stars I would. I saw that they advertise that they value your time as much as your money and since I was in the market for a new Honda I decided to head over to the dealership and see what they were about. I was definitely not disappointed! The buying process was super easy and more importantly it was fast! After buying my Pilot I learned that what they advertised was true! They value my time (which is huge being a mom to young twins) and the Keyes Honda team saved me money! I highly recommend you purchase your new car from the people here. Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful throughout my whole buying process. More

Gabby was extremely caring to my needs and answered any questions that I had. I was able to get another car of my choosing and a great deal! Very happy with my purchase Wanted to trade in my Dodge journey and I had two other dealers tell me they couldn't help me. I stopped by Keyes Honda last Sunday and met with Josep Wanted to trade in my Dodge journey and I had two other dealers tell me they couldn't help me. I stopped by Keyes Honda last Sunday and met with Joseph. Not only was I able to trade in my Dodge and get a new accord, but the whole process was much easier than the other places would have led me to believe.
