Jonelle Rocks! I took my H-RV in to get checked out because it stalled a couple times. Jonelle was amazing and the technician made some adjustments. The following we I took my H-RV in to get checked out because it stalled a couple times. Jonelle was amazing and the technician made some adjustments. The following weekend it stalled again so I called her immediately and she was super flexible and let me come in the next morning. She even arranged for a technician to drive around with me for an hour to try and recreate it. Of course it was fine on the drive, but she gave me a bunch of options and was so friendly and gave me the honest truth: "we could have it for 5 days and never recreate the problem". While I still haven't fully resolved the issue, I know that Jonelle has my back and as soon as it happens again I'll be calling her and having my car towed straight over so they can get it fixed. More

After calling roadside assistance they said there is no way they actually tested my battery, they just eyeballed it for corrosion. I get you're busy, but it's not okay to halfway do your job when it's directly related to your customers safety. Probably not going to go back. More
