I was greated by a very pleasant girl who took me to Allen Rostamo who was the kindest and most helpful gentleman; he told me I needed a new battery. My car was under warranty so obviously this came at no cost to me. They put in the new one in less than 40 minutes while I waited in a quiet, very comfortable area stacked with coffee, popcorn, fruit and tea, and I left a happy costumer. I would definitely service my car here again and totally recommend this place. More

First oil change! I? walked into honda’s keyes on sepulveda for the first time and my first oik change! The woman who helped me out was Tina Bell! She helped me to get my oil changed, me not knowing i? did not have mechanical warranty, after I? paid cash for my car! She asked if i? still wanted to go threw the process and i? said yes because i? had to! when i? got my bill, she personally took care of it because honda never told or asked me to purchase it when i? paid cash for my car! She went out of her way to call honda sales manager for me so i? can still purchase it after i? already bought the car! she had made my visit promising, and when i? go back to honda for my next visit, Tina Bell will be the only person I? will go to from here on out; even if she’s on vacation i’ll wait till she returns home!!
